सूत उवाच सांकृत्यस्य मुनेर्वंशे स संभूतो द्विजोत्तमः । प्रभाव इति विख्यातो दत्तसंज्ञो निमेः सुतः
sūta uvāca sāṃkṛtyasya munervaṃśe sa saṃbhūto dvijottamaḥ | prabhāva iti vikhyāto dattasaṃjño nimeḥ sutaḥ
సూతుడు పలికెను—సాంకృత్య ముని వంశంలో ఆ ద్విజోత్తముడు జన్మించాడు. అతడు ‘ప్రభావ’ అని ప్రసిద్ధుడు, ‘దత్త’ అనే పేరుతో కూడా పిలువబడెను; అతడు నిమి కుమారుడు.
