Transliteration

anyeṣāṃ viṣayasthānāmiha lokaḥ prakīrtitaḥ | bhogaprasaktacittānāṃ nīcānāṃ sudurātmanām

Translation

కానీ విషయాలలోనే నిలిచిన ఇతరుల విషయంలో, ఈ లోకమే వారి ‘లోకం’ అని చెప్పబడింది—భోగాసక్త మనస్సు గల, నీచ స్వభావులైన, అత్యంత దురాత్ములు।
