Transliteration

niṃdāyuktaṃ svapitaraṃ vilokya ruṣitā bhṛśam | ciṃtayaṃtī tadā devī kathaṃ yāsyāmi maṃdire

Translation

తన తండ్రి నిందతో నిండినవాడిగా కనిపించగానే దేవి తీవ్రంగా కోపించింది. అప్పుడు ఆమె ఆలోచించింది—“నేను ఇంటికి (శివుని వద్దకు) ఎలా వెళ్లగలను?”
