liṃgarūpo mahādevo hyarcanīyo mumukṣubhiḥ | śivātparataro nāsti bhuktimuktipradāyakaḥ

లింగరూపుడైన మహాదేవుని ముముక్షువులు ఆరాధించవలెను. శివునికన్నా పరముడు లేడు; ఆయనే భోగమూ మోక్షమూ ప్రసాదించువాడు.
