स बुद्ध्या च चिरं स्मृत्वा ब्राह्मणाश्चतपस्विनः । अवाह्याश्च भवंत्यस्मादात्मानं वाहयाम्यहम्
sa buddhyā ca ciraṃ smṛtvā brāhmaṇāścatapasvinaḥ | avāhyāśca bhavaṃtyasmādātmānaṃ vāhayāmyaham
చాలా సేపు ఆలోచించి అతడు నిర్ణయించాడు—‘తపస్సు గల బ్రాహ్మణులు నిజంగా “అవాహ్యులు”; వారిని లాగించటం తగదు. కాబట్టి నన్ను వారిచేతనే మోయించుకుంటాను।’
