श्रुत्वेदं वचनं तस्य बर्बरीकोऽब्रवीत्स्मयन् । वदने सर्वदेवानां हूयमाने स्म पावके
śrutvedaṃ vacanaṃ tasya barbarīko'bravītsmayan | vadane sarvadevānāṃ hūyamāne sma pāvake
అతని మాటలు విని బర్బరీకుడు చిరునవ్వుతో పలికెను. ఆ సమయంలో పావకంలో ఆహుతులు సమర్పింపబడుతూ, సర్వదేవతల ఆవాహనం జరుగుచుండెను.
