खे वाणी चाभवत्तत्र पुष्पवर्षपुरःसरा । प्रालेय तव हेतोस्तु सोमनाथसमं फलम् । उत्थितं सागरतटे लिंगं तिष्ठात्र सुव्रत
khe vāṇī cābhavattatra puṣpavarṣapuraḥsarā | prāleya tava hetostu somanāthasamaṃ phalam | utthitaṃ sāgarataṭe liṃgaṃ tiṣṭhātra suvrata
అప్పుడు పుష్పవర్షానికి ముందుగా ఆకాశంలో దివ్యవాణి వినిపించింది— “ప్రాలేయా! నీ కారణంగా ఇక్కడి ఫలం సోమనాథఫలంతో సమానమగును. సముద్రతీరంలో ఉద్భవించిన ఈ లింగం ఇక్కడే నిలిచియుండుగాక, ఓ సువ్రతా।”
