Transliteration

anena vidhinā karṇo bhāskarārghyaṃ prayacchati | tataḥ sūryasya pārthāsāvātmavadvallabho mataḥ

ఈ విధానంతోనే కర్ణుడు భాస్కరునికి అర్ఘ్యాన్ని సమర్పిస్తాడు. అందువల్ల పృథాపుత్రుడైన అతడు సూర్యదేవునికి స్వయంఆత్మవలె ప్రియుడిగా భావించబడెను.
