आहारनीहारविहारयोगाः सुसंवृता धर्मविदानुकार्याः । वाग्बुद्धिवीर्याणि तपस्तथैव वार्तायुषी गुप्ततमे च कार्ये

āhāranīhāravihārayogāḥ susaṃvṛtā dharmavidānukāryāḥ | vāgbuddhivīryāṇi tapastathaiva vārtāyuṣī guptatame ca kārye

ఆహారం, శౌచాది దేహక్రియలు, విహారం, యోగాచరణ—ఇవన్నీ సుశాసనంతో నియంత్రించి ధర్మజ్ఞుల మార్గాన్ని అనుసరించాలి। వాక్కు, బుద్ధి, బలాన్ని అదుపులో పెట్టి తపస్సు చేయాలి; హితవాక్యాలు పలికి, అత్యంత గోప్యమైన విషయాలను రక్షించాలి।
