tadadbhutaṃ mahaddṛṣṭvā naiva vipro visiṣmiye | yato bahuvidhaṃ citraṃ bhavedbhūtādyupāsiṣu

ఆ మహా అద్భుతాన్ని చూసినా ఆ బ్రాహ్మణుడు ఏమాత్రం ఆశ్చర్యపడలేదు; ఎందుకంటే భూతాది ఉపాసకులలో అనేక విధాల విచిత్రమైన చమత్కారాలు సంభవిస్తాయి.
