हिमवद्धिमकूटांतः खण्डं किंपुरुषं स्मृतम् । हिमाद्रिजलधेरन्तर्नाभि खण्डमिति स्मृतम्
himavaddhimakūṭāṃtaḥ khaṇḍaṃ kiṃpuruṣaṃ smṛtam | himādrijaladherantarnābhi khaṇḍamiti smṛtam
హిమవత్ నుండి హేమకూట వరకు ఉన్న ప్రాంతం ‘కింపురుష’ ఖండమని స్మరించబడుతుంది. అలాగే హిమాద్రి మరియు సముద్రం మధ్యనున్న భాగం ‘నాభి-ఖండ’మని గుర్తించబడుతుంది.
