यातास्मि तपसश्चर्तुं कालीवाक्यात्तवातुलम् । रतिश्च तत्र मे नाभूत्ततः प्राप्ता तवांतिकम्
yātāsmi tapasaścartuṃ kālīvākyāttavātulam | ratiśca tatra me nābhūttataḥ prāptā tavāṃtikam
కాళీ వాక్యంతో ప్రేరితమై నేను అతుల తపస్సు చేయుటకు వెళ్లితిని. కానీ అక్కడ నాకు రతి (ఆనందం) కలగలేదు; అందుకే నీ సన్నిధికి తిరిగి వచ్చితిని.
