ततोऽसौ शूलयुद्धेन श्रममासादितो यदा । तदा कपाली जग्राह करमस्यामरद्विषः

tato'sau śūlayuddhena śramamāsādito yadā | tadā kapālī jagrāha karamasyāmaradviṣaḥ

అప్పుడు శూలయుద్ధంతో అతడు శ్రమించి క్షీణించిన వేళ, దేవద్వేషి ఆ అసురుని చేయిని కపాలీ పట్టుకున్నాడు.
