प्रमथाः कालयामासुरन्यानपि च याचकान् । इत्थं प्रमथिते यागे प्रमथैः प्रथमागतैः । वीरभद्रः स्वतः प्राप्तः प्रमथानीकिनी वृतः
pramathāḥ kālayāmāsuranyānapi ca yācakān | itthaṃ pramathite yāge pramathaiḥ prathamāgataiḥ | vīrabhadraḥ svataḥ prāptaḥ pramathānīkinī vṛtaḥ
ప్రమథులు ఇతర యాచకులనూ సంహరించారు. ఈ విధంగా ముందుగా వచ్చిన ప్రమథులు యజ్ఞాన్ని చిదిమివేసినప్పుడు, ప్రమథసేనతో చుట్టుముట్టబడి వీరభద్రుడు స్వయంగా అక్కడికి వచ్చాడు.
