tasyāḥ priyāyā vākyena tadapatyapriyo giriḥ | uvāca vacanaṃ sāsramumā vātsalyasannagīḥ

ప్రియమైన ఆమె మాటలతో కదిలి, తన సంతానాన్ని ప్రేమించే గిరిరాజు ఉమాపై వాత్సల్యంతో గొంతు బిగుసుకొని, కన్నీళ్లతో కూడిన వాక్యాన్ని పలికాడు.
