Transliteration

vidāranarasiṃhohaṃ kāśīvighnavidāraṇaḥ | tannāmni tīrthe saṃsevyastīrthopadravaśāṃtaye

Translation

నేను విదారణ-నరసింహుడను, కాశీలోని విఘ్నాలను ఛేదించువాడను. అదే నామముగల తీర్థంలో తీర్థసంబంధ ఉపద్రవశాంతికై నన్ను సేవించి ఆరాధించవలెను.
