itthaṃ paṃcanade tīrthe kṣīranīradhijādhavaḥ | saṃpreṣya tārkṣyaṃ tryakṣāgre vṛttāṃtaviniveditum

Translation

ఇట్లుగా పంచనద తీర్థంలో క్షీరసాగరజన్యుడైన శ్రీమాధవుడు జరిగిన సంగతుల సమగ్ర వృత్తాంతాన్ని త్రినేత్రుడైన శివునికి నివేదించుటకు తార్క్ష్యుడు (గరుడుడు)ను పంపెను।
