अगस्तिरुवाच । जानन्न पि गुणान्देवि क्षेत्रस्यास्य परान्द्विजः । नाना प्रमाणैः प्रवणो निरगात्स तथाप्यहो
agastiruvāca | jānanna pi guṇāndevi kṣetrasyāsya parāndvijaḥ | nānā pramāṇaiḥ pravaṇo niragātsa tathāpyaho
అగస్త్యుడు పలికెను—ఓ దేవీ, ఆ ద్విజుడు ఈ క్షేత్రపు పరమ గుణాలను తెలిసికొన్నవాడే; అనేక ప్రమాణాలతో ఒప్పుకున్నప్పటికీ, అయినా—అయ్యో—వెళ్లిపోయాడు।
