Transliteration

bhuṃjāno'tithiśeṣānnamihāyurdhanabhāgbhavet | praṇodyātithimannāśī kilbiṣī ca gṛhāśramī

Translation

అతిథి తిన్న తరువాత మిగిలిన అన్నం భుజిస్తే ఇహలోకంలో దీర్ఘాయుష్షు, ధనభాగ్యం లభిస్తాయి. కానీ అతిథిని తరిమివేసి తానే తినే గృహస్థుడు పాపకలుషితుడవుతాడు.
