Transliteration

khyātaḥ syādyena vidhinā sarvatra vidhipāvanam | nākārṣīnnirgamaṃ cāsya caturthe māsi maṃdadhīḥ

Translation

యే విధానంతో సర్వత్ర విధినియమాలచే పవిత్రుడై ప్రసిద్ధి పొందుతాడో, ఆ విధానమును కూడా ఆ మందబుద్ధి సంరక్షకుడు పాటించలేదు; నాలుగవ నెలలో శిశువు యొక్క నిష్క్రమణ సంస్కారమును కూడ చేయలేదు।
