इति व्याकुलिते लोके सुरासुरनरोरगे । आःकिमेतदकांडेभूद्रुरुदुर्दुद्रुवुः प्रजाः
iti vyākulite loke surāsuranarorage | āḥkimetadakāṃḍebhūdrurudurdudruvuḥ prajāḥ
ఇలా దేవులు, అసురులు, మనుషులు, నాగులతో కూడిన లోకం కలవరపడింది. ‘అయ్యో! ఇది అకస్మాత్తుగా ఏమైంది?’ అని విలపిస్తూ ప్రజలు అటూ ఇటూ పరుగెత్తారు.
