कुमारत्वेपि सामान्ये कथं त्वहमनुत्तमः । कथं त्वं मंदभाग्यासि सुकुक्षिः सुरुचिः कथम्

Transliteration

kumāratvepi sāmānye kathaṃ tvahamanuttamaḥ | kathaṃ tvaṃ maṃdabhāgyāsi sukukṣiḥ suruciḥ katham

Translation

మేమిద్దరం రాజకుమారులమనే విషయంలో సమానమే కదా; అయితే నేను ఎందుకు ‘ఉత్తమ’ను కాను? నీవు ఎలా తక్కువ భాగ్యవతివి, సురుచి ఎలా శుభగర్భిణి?
