अस्माकमेतद्ब्रूहि त्वं कृपया व्यासशासित । तथैवामृतनामिन्या वापिकायाश्च वैभवम् । तृप्तिर्न जायतेऽस्माकं त्वद्वचोऽमृतपायिनाम्
asmākametadbrūhi tvaṃ kṛpayā vyāsaśāsita | tathaivāmṛtanāminyā vāpikāyāśca vaibhavam | tṛptirna jāyate'smākaṃ tvadvaco'mṛtapāyinām
హే వ్యాసశాసితా! కృపచేసి మాకు ఇది చెప్పుము; అలాగే ‘అమృత’ నామధారిణి ఆ వాపి యొక్క అద్భుత వైభవమును కూడా వివరించుము. నీ వచనామృతాన్ని పానము చేయు మాకు తృప్తి కలుగదు.
