रोगिणो दुर्बलाश्चैव वृत्त्युपकल्पवर्जिताः । वात्स्यगोत्रे भवा विप्राः प्रवरैः पंचभिर्युताः
rogiṇo durbalāścaiva vṛttyupakalpavarjitāḥ | vātsyagotre bhavā viprāḥ pravaraiḥ paṃcabhiryutāḥ
వాత్స్య గోత్రంలో జన్మించిన, ఐదు ప్రవరాలతో యుక్తమైన విప్రులు రోగగ్రస్తులు, దుర్బలులు, అలాగే తగిన వృత్తి-ఉపకల్పం (జీవనాధారం) లేనివారిగా చెప్పబడ్డారు.
