प्रातः स्नानाद्यतः शुद्ध्येत्कायोऽयं मलिनः सदा । यन्मलं नवभिश्छिद्रैः स्रवत्येव दिवानिशम्

ప్రాతఃస్నానంతో ఈ శరీరం—ఎల్లప్పుడూ మలినమైనది—శుద్ధమవుతుంది; ఎందుకంటే దీని మలము తొమ్మిది రంధ్రాల ద్వారా పగలు రాత్రి నిరంతరం స్రవిస్తుంది.
