विना दण्डप्रदानेन मुद्राचिह्नं न धार्यते । मुद्राहस्ताश्च विज्ञेया वाडवा नृपसत्तम
vinā daṇḍapradānena mudrācihnaṃ na dhāryate | mudrāhastāśca vijñeyā vāḍavā nṛpasattama
దండం చెల్లించకుండా ముద్రా-చిహ్నాన్ని ధరించరాదు. చేతిపై ముద్రను ధరించినవారు ‘వాడవులు’ అని గుర్తించబడాలి, ఓ నృపశ్రేష్ఠా.
