Transliteration

andháṃ támaḥ práviśanti yé’vidyām upā́sate | tató bhū́ya iva té támo yá u vidyā́yāṃ ratā́ḥ ||

Translation

అవిద్యను ఉపాసించువారు అంధకారమైన తమస్సులో ప్రవేశిస్తారు; మరియు కేవలం విద్యలోనే రతులైనవారు, దానికన్నా మరింత ఘోరమైన తమస్సులోనికి పోవటంలా అవుతుంది.
