शिवलोकप्रदमिति शिवेनोक्तं तथा पुरा । यमुनाशोणयोः स्नायाद्गुरौ कन्यागते रवौ

ఇది శివలోకప్రదమని పూర్వకాలంలో స్వయంగా శివుడు ప్రకటించాడు. బృహస్పతి కన్యారాశిలో ఉండి, సూర్యుడు కూడా కన్యలో ప్రవేశించినప్పుడు యమునా–శోణ సంగమంలో స్నానం చేయాలి; అది శివధామప్రాప్తికి ప్రశంసితమైంది.
