tasminnaṃḍe tvime lokā aṃtarviśvamidaṃ jagat | caṃdrādityau sanakṣatrau sagrahau saha vāyunā

Cosmic Event: brahmāṇḍa-antarviśva (inner universe within the cosmic egg)
It presents the brahmāṇḍa (cosmic egg) as the ordered field of manifested reality—worlds, luminaries, and cosmic forces—implying that all experience unfolds within a bounded creation governed by divine law, while Shiva as Pati remains the transcendent ground beyond it.
By describing the entire cosmos as a contained manifestation, it supports Saguna worship: the Linga is revered as the sacred axis and symbol of the Lord who pervades and regulates the universe, while also pointing beyond form to the Supreme who is not limited by the brahmāṇḍa.
A practical takeaway is dhyāna on Shiva as the indwelling ruler of all cosmic functions—breath and wind (vāyu) included—paired with japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) while observing the breath as a reminder of the Lord’s all-pervading governance.
