गृहस्थ-जीवनसंस्काराः तथा पुत्रजन्म-शुभलक्षणवर्णनम् / Household Saṃskāras and the Auspicious Portents of a Son’s Birth
सीमन्तोऽथाष्टमे मासे गर्भरूपसमृद्धिकृत् । सुखप्रसवसिद्धौ च तेनाकरि कृपाविदा
sīmanto'thāṣṭame māse garbharūpasamṛddhikṛt | sukhaprasavasiddhau ca tenākari kṛpāvidā
తదుపరి ఎనిమిదవ నెలలో గర్భస్థ శిశువు రూపాన్ని పోషించి పరిపూర్ణం చేసే ‘సీమంత’ సంస్కారం నిర్వహించబడింది; ఆ కరుణామయమైన, జ్ఞానపూర్వక ఆచరణవల్ల సుఖప్రసవమూ శుభప్రసవసిద్ధియూ నిశ్చయమయ్యాయి।
