शिवशङ्खचूडयुद्धवर्णनम् / Description of the Battle between Śiva and Śaṅkhacūḍa
दानवो निशितं खड्गं चर्म चादाय वेगवान् । वृषं जघान शिरसि शिवस्य वरवाहनम्
dānavo niśitaṃ khaḍgaṃ carma cādāya vegavān | vṛṣaṃ jaghāna śirasi śivasya varavāhanam
వేగవంతుడైన దానవుడు పదునైన ఖడ్గమును, కవచమును (ఢాలును) ధరించి, శివుని వరవాహనమైన వృషభుని తలపై కొట్టెను.
