tvatpādāmbujabhaktā ca madvatsā janmajanmani | svapne jñāne smṛtirnāsti mahādevaṃ prabhumbinā

Translation

నా ప్రియ కుమార్తె జన్మజన్మాంతరములలో నీ పద్మపాదముల భక్తురాలిగా నిలిచియుండుగాక. స్వప్నములో గాని జాగ్రత్తలో గాని—పరమప్రభువు మహాదేవుని తప్ప మరే స్మృతి కలుగకుండుగాక.
