बहवः सूरचक्षसोऽग्निजिह्वा ऋतावृधः । त्रीणि ये येमुर्विदथानि धीतिभिर्विश्वानि परिभूतिभिः ॥

Transliteration

bahávaḥ sū́racakṣaso ’gnijihvā́ ṛtā́vṛdhaḥ | trī́ṇi yé yémur vidháthāni dhītíbhir víśvāni paribhūtíbhiḥ ||

Translation

సూర్య-చక్షుస్సులైన వారు అనేకులు; వారి జిహ్వ అగ్ని; వారు ఋతం చేత వృద్ధి పొందువారు. వారు ధీతులతో మూడు విదథాలను (యజ్ఞ-సభలను) క్రమబద్ధం చేసి, పరిభూతులతో (సర్వవ్యాప్త అధికారం/ప్రభుత్వంతో) అన్నిటినీ ఆవరించుదురు.
