अश्रीरा तनूर्भवति रुशती पापयामुया । पतिर्यद्वध्वो वाससा स्वमङ्गमभिधित्सते ॥
Transliteration
aśrīrā tanū́r bhavati ruśátī pā́payā muyā́ | patír yád vadhvò vāsásā svám áṅgam abhidhítsate ||
Translation
ఆ పాపమయమైన (మోహింపజేసే) బాహ్య ప్రేరణ వల్ల దేహం నిజమైన కాంతిని కోల్పోయి తప్పుడు మెరుపుగా మారుతుంది—భర్త వస్త్రం ద్వారా, కేవలం బాహ్యరూపంతోనే, వధువు స్వస్వరూపాన్ని స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవాలని కోరినప్పుడు.
