Sukta 10.43
गोभिष्टरेमामतिं दुरेवां यवेन क्षुधं पुरुहूत विश्वाम् । वयं राजभिः प्रथमा धनान्यस्माकेन वृजनेना जयेम ॥
góbhiṣ ṭaremā́matíṃ durévāṃ yávena kṣúdhaṃ puruhūta víśvām | vayáṃ rājábhiḥ prathamā́ dhánāny asmā́kena vṛjánena jayema ||
గోభిః (జ్యోతి-గావులు—కిరణాలు) చేత దుర్మార్గానికి నడిపించే వంకర మతి—దురేవా మతి—ని మేము దాటుదుము; యవ (సమృద్ధి ధాన్యం) చేత, ఓ పురుహూత, సమస్త క్షుధను జయించుదుము. మా రాజులతో (అధిపతి-శక్తులతో) మేము ప్రథమ ధనాలను గెలుచుకొందుము; మా స్వంత సుసంఘటిత వ్రజన (గణం/సేన) చేత విజయం పొందుదుము.
