नाहं तं वेद य इति ब्रवीत्यदेवयून्त्समरणे जघन्वान् । यदावाख्यत्समरणमृघावदादिद्ध मे वृषभा प्र ब्रुवन्ति ॥
Transliteration
nā́haṃ táṃ véda yá ití bravī́ty ádevayūn samaráṇe jaghánvān | yadā́vākhyat samaráṇam ṛ́ghāvad ā́d íd dha me vṛṣabhā́ prá bruvanti ||
Translation
‘ఇలా’ అని చెప్పేవాడిని నేను ఎరుగను—కానీ అతడు యుద్ధంలో దేవరహితులను సంహరించాడు. అతడు ఆ సమరఘర్షణను, దూసుకొచ్చే దాడిలా, స్పష్టంగా చూచినప్పుడు—అప్పుడే నా అంతరంలో వృషభ-శక్తులు నిజంగా పలుకుతాయి.
