यो अग्निः क्रव्यात्प्रविवेश वो गृहमिमं पश्यन्नितरं जातवेदसम् । तं हरामि पितृयज्ञाय देवं स घर्ममिन्वात्परमे सधस्थे ॥

Transliteration

yo a॒gniḥ kravya-at pra-viveśa vo gṛham imam paśyann itaram jāta-vedasam | taṃ harāmi pitṛ-yajñāya devaṃ sa gharmam invāt parame sadha-sthe ||

Translation

ఏ అగ్ని క్రవ్యాద రూపంలో మీ ఈ గృహంలో ప్రవేశించాడో—మరియు ఆ ఇతర జాతవేదస్, సర్వజన్మజ్ఞుడిని, దర్శిస్తున్నాడో—ఆ దేవుణ్ణి నేను పితృయజ్ఞార్థం వేరుచేస్తాను. అతడు పరమ సధస్థంలో ఘర్మ—ఉష్ణత, పరిపాకం—ను ప్రేరేపించుగాక.
