उरुव्यचा नो महिषः शर्म यंसदस्मिन्हवे पुरुहूतः पुरुक्षुः । स नः प्रजायै हर्यश्व मृळयेन्द्र मा नो रीरिषो मा परा दाः ॥
uru-vyácā no mahíṣaḥ śárma yaṁsad asmín háve puruhūtáḥ purukṣúḥ | sá naḥ prajā́yai hary-aśva mṛḷayéndra mā́ no rīriṣo mā́ párā dāḥ ||
విస్తారంగా వ్యాపించు మహిషుడు—అనేకులచే ఆహ్వానింపబడే, అనేకులను వృద్ధిచేయు ఇంద్రుడు—ఈ హవిలో మాకు శరణం ప్రసాదించుగాక. హర్యశ్వ ఇంద్రా, మా ప్రజకూ మా వృద్ధికీ కృప చూపుము; మాకు హాని చేయకుము, మమ్మల్ని దూరంగా తోసివేయకుము.
