तेऽरुणेभिर्वरमा पिशङ्गैः शुभे कं यान्ति रथतूर्भिरश्वैः । रुक्मो न चित्रः स्वधितीवान्पव्या रथस्य जङ्घनन्त भूम ॥

Transliteration

té ’ruṇébhir váramā́ piśáṅgaiḥ śubhé káṃ yānti rathatū́rbhir áśvaiḥ | rukmó ná citráḥ svadhítīvān pavyā́ ráthasya jaṅghananta bhū́ma ||

Translation

వారు అరుణ మరియు పిశంగ (ఎర్రటి-పసుపు) శక్తులతో, రథ-తూర్భి (రథపు ఉగ్రవేగం) గల అశ్వాలతో, శుభ లక్ష్యానికి సాగుతారు. రుక్మ (సువర్ణాభ) ఆభరణంలా వారు చిత్ర (దీప్తిమంత)ులు; అలాగే స్వధితి (కొడవలి/కుఠారం) ధరించినవాడిలా ఛేదన-శక్తి గలవారు—రథపు పవ్యా (చక్ర-పరిధి/అరలు) భూమిని కొట్టి, ప్రతిఘటించేదాన్ని నొక్కి అణచుతాయి.
