उष आ भाहि भानुना चन्द्रेण दुहितर्दिवः । आवहन्ती भूर्यस्मभ्यं सौभगं व्युच्छन्ती दिविष्टिषु ॥
Transliteration
uṣa ā́ bhāhi bhānúnā candréṇa duhitar divaḥ | ā́vahantī bhū́ry asmábhyaṃ sáubhagaṃ vyucchántī divíṣṭiṣu ||
Translation
ఓ ఉషా, నీ ప్రకాశమయ కిరణంతోను స్వచ్ఛమైన వెలుగుతోను మాపై ప్రకాశించు, ఓ ద్యౌః కుమార్తె. మాకు అపార సౌభాగ్యాన్ని తీసుకొచ్చుతూ, దైవ ప్రయత్నాలలో విస్తారంగా వ్యక్తమై ఉదయించు.
