यच्चिद्धि शश्वता तना देवंदेवं यजामहे । त्वे इद्धूयते हविः ॥

Transliteration

yác cid dhí śáśvatā tánā deváṃ-devam yájāmahe | tvé íd hū́yate havíḥ ||

Translation

మేము శాశ్వత పరంపరలో, యుగయుగాలుగా, ఏ ఏ దేవతను యజిస్తామో—ఆ హవిస్ నిజంగా, హే అగ్ని, నీలోనే ఆహ్వానింపబడుతుంది. సమస్త దైవశక్తులకు అర్పణద్వారం నీవే.
