Sukta 1.148
न यं रिपवो न रिषण्यवो गर्भे सन्तं रेषणा रेषयन्ति । अन्धा अपश्या न दभन्नभिख्या नित्यास ईं प्रेतारो अरक्षन् ॥
ná yaṃ ripávo ná riṣaṇyávo gárbhe sántam reṣaṇā́ reṣáyanti | andhā́ apaśyā́ ná dabhan abhikhyā́ nítyāsa īṃ pretā́ro arakṣan ||
గర్భంలో ఉన్న ఆయనను శత్రువులూ దాడిచేసేవారూ గాయపరచలేరు; హాని చేసేవారూ ఆయనకు హాని చేయలేరు. అంధులు, అపశ్యులు అయిన వారు తమ గూఢచర్యంతో కూడ ఆయనను జయించలేరు; నిత్య రక్షకులు ఆయన అగ్రగమనంలో ఆయనను కాపాడారు.
