Sukta 1.102
तं स्मा रथं मघवन्प्राव सातये जैत्रं यं ते अनुमदाम संगमे । आजा न इन्द्र मनसा पुरुष्टुत त्वायद्भ्यो मघवञ्छर्म यच्छ नः ॥
táṃ smā ráthaṃ maghavan prā́va sātáye jaitráṃ yáṃ te anumádāma saṅgamé | ā́jā na indra mánasā puruṣṭuta tvā́yat-bhyo maghavan śárma yaccha naḥ ||
ఓ మఘవన్ (ఉదార దాత), మా విజయార్థం ఆ రథాన్ని ముందుకు నడిపించు—సంగ్రామ ఘర్షణలో నీతో కలిసి మేము ఆనందించే ఆ జయరథాన్ని. ఓ ఇంద్రా, మనస్సు సంకల్పంతో మా వద్దకు రా; ఓ పురుష్టుత (బహు-స్తుత), నీపై ఆశ్రయించిన వారికి శరణం ప్రసాదించు.
