Sukta 1.101
मरुत्स्तोत्रस्य वृजनस्य गोपा वयमिन्द्रेण सनुयाम वाजम् । तन्नो मित्रो वरुणो मामहन्तामदितिः सिन्धुः पृथिवी उत द्यौः ॥
marútstotrasya vṛjánasya gopā vayám índreṇa sanuyā́ma vā́jam | tán no mitró váruṇo māmahantām áditiḥ síndhuḥ pṛthivī utá dyáuḥ ||
మరుతుల స్తోత్రానికి రక్షకులారా, (ఆత్మ) సంగ్రామ-క్షేత్రానికి గోపాలారా; మేము ఇంద్రునితో కలిసి వాజం—విజయబలపు పరిపూర్ణత—సాధించుదుము. మిత్రుడు వరుణుడు మమ్మల్ని విస్తరింపజేయుగాక; అదితి, ప్రవహించే సింధు, పృథివి (భూమి) మరియు ద్యౌ (ఆకాశం) మా సత్త్వాన్ని ధారించి మహిమపరచుగాక.
