Transliteration

prakṣīṇaṃ tu balaṃ dṛṣṭvā vadhyamānaṃ valīmukhaiḥ |

babhūvāsya vyathā yuddhe prekṣya daivaviparyayam ||6.98.3||

Translation

వానరయోధుల చేత వధింపబడుతూ తన సేన బాగా క్షీణించినదని చూసి, యుద్ధమధ్యంలో దైవవిపర్యయాన్ని గమనించి అతడు తీవ్రమైన వ్యథకు లోనయ్యాడు।
