पितरि स्वर्गमापन्ने रामे चारण्यमाश्रिते।।।।किं मे जीवितसामर्थ्यं प्रवेक्ष्यामि हुताशनम्।

pitari svargamāpanne rāme cāraṇyamāśrite | kiṃ me jīvitasāmarthyaṃ pravekṣyāmi hutāśanam ||

తండ్రి స్వర్గప్రాప్తుడై, రాముడు అరణ్యాశ్రయుడైనప్పుడు—నా జీవితం కొనసాగించడానికి నాకు ఏ శక్తి? నేను దహించే అగ్నిలో ప్రవేశిస్తాను।
