यदि प्रव्राजितो रामो लोभकारणकारितम्।वरदाननिमित्तं वा सर्वथा दुष्कृतं कृतम्।।।।

yadi pravrājito rāmo lobhakāraṇakāritam | varadānanimittaṃ vā sarvathā duṣkṛtaṃ kṛtam ||

రామునికి వనవాసం కల్పించబడితే— రాజ్యలోభ ప్రేరణతో అయినా, వరదానాల నెపంతో అయినా— అది ఏ విధంగానైనా ఘోరమైన దుష్కార్యమే చేయబడినది।
