सीताया वनानुगमननिश्चयः

Sita’s Resolve to Accompany Rama to the Forest

इति सा शोकसन्तप्ता विलप्य करुणं बहु।चुक्रोश पतिमायस्ता भृशमालिङ्ग्य सस्वरम्।।2.30.22।।

iti sā śoka-santaptā vilapya karuṇaṃ bahu | cukrośa patim āyastā bhṛśam āliṅgya sasvaram || 2.30.22 ||

ఇలా శోకంతో దహించబడిన ఆమె ఎంతో కరుణగా విలపించింది; తరువాత అలసిపోయి భర్తను చేరి బలంగా ఆలింగనం చేసి పెద్ద స్వరంతో ఆర్తనాదం చేసింది.
