लक्ष्मणक्रोधः—दैवपुरुषकारविवादः

खड्गनिष्पेषनिष्पिष्टैर्गहना दुश्चरा च मे।हस्त्यश्वनरहस्तोरुशिरोभिर्भविता मही।।।।

khaḍganiṣpeṣaniṣpiṣṭair gahanā duścarā ca me | hastyaśvanarahastōruśirobhir bhavitā mahī || 2.23.33 ||

నా వల్ల ఖడ్గప్రహారాలతో నలిగిపోయి చీలిపోయిన ఏనుగుల సొండలు, గుర్రాలు, వీరుల చేతులు, తొడలు, శిరస్సులతో ఈ భూమి ఘనంగా, దాటలేనంత దుర్గమంగా మారుతుంది।
