ātmānaṃ ca naraśreṣṭha mama vākyam idaṃ śṛṇu ||2.18.34||
నీవు నీ తండ్రిని ఆయన ప్రతిజ్ఞలో సత్యవంతునిగా చేయదలచి, నిన్ను నీవు కూడా, ఓ నరశ్రేష్ఠా, సత్యనిష్ఠుడిగా నిలుపదలచితే—నా ఈ మాట వినుము।
